Do not get cheated by buying product from Reliance Digital Old madras road. Promises will never be met and only after the payment is made, you will be told that products and offers are not in stock. Later when you call them, they will not even pick up the phone. I bought a 47" LG TV and finally had to call LG to get support, which was very prompt.
None will turn up from Reliance for installation. Later if you call the service, none pick up the call. If anyone comes, then the person has no idea about the functionality for demo. I am still keep calling the centre for the items which are yet to be delivered after 3 weeks and still counting.
