I have been wanting to purchase a washing machine from quite sometime. Did some r’n’d on some of the front loads, and then started checking out the stores. Started with Croma, then Girias, then Reliance (JP Nagar), then some of the other same sorta stores.
As I was looking in for the LG steam washer dryer combo (a high end and premium product from LG, costing ~60k+) I wanted to check out all possibilities and deals available. Comparatively, price wise, no one could match Reliance! I was surprised and skeptical at first. Then made multiple visits to the store and confirmed the price.
And to add to the low price deal, they gave me (a whopping) 4k discount for my old washing m/c!!!!! As there was a deal going on (mix and match if I can recall correctly) and to top that :-) I got the whole 60k+ full amt in installments, with only 51/- down payment!! and thats not all......... :) they had a Panasonic rice cooker worth some 3.5k in sale for 500, if we bought a LG washing machine.. After bargaining with him, managed to get that also in the deal!!!
I could not believe my luck, I got the top end washing machine, at the best possible price in the market, plus complete payment in EMIs without any processing fee and Interest, plus got a Rice cooker free, plus 4000 discount on exchange of my old washing machine, (which apparently costed me around 6k 10 years back :)), , ). I cannot recommend more on this store!!
I went thru the other reviews on ms before buying from here, thats the reason I was skeptical in the first place. But after looking into the deals, I was drawn towards buying it from here..!
Well I booked the washing machine on Sunday 26th June 2011. And got the delivery on Monday 26th evening. I remember them saying that Sunday they do not deliver, as its a holiday for the delivery guys.
Promised delivery was between 12 - 6 pm, but it arrived by around 8 pm. Fair enuf for me, as I would anyways reach home late from work! And yesterday, i.e.. 27th, the Installation guy from LG contacted me and came over for the installation and demo. He did not install, as there was some power connections required (15 amp for this machine, it seems). So he has promised a demo on the coming saturday i.e 1 July.
Additionally, today I got a call from the store, confirming if the demo was done.
Well, so far I have been nothing less than totally impressed by the store and its offers! I can understand what the other reviewers have gone thru, and I believe that It is either my good luck or their bad luck! But as per my experience, would surely and honestly recommend this place to you!! Well, atleast keep it in ur list of options of comparision before buying.. And hopefully you could be on my side (the lucky side) :)
