Yesterday I have visited one of Reliance Digital’s showroom in Bangalore (Bennarghatta road Showroom) with my friends to buy a laptop. We had a very bad experience from the sales team about the service and communication. The sales teams was not bothered about the customers’ requirements and if we ask any queries about the product we needed to wait for a long time. Seems like we are begging for something from them.
Once we decided to purchase a laptop Lenovo W510, and we enquired about it’s price and asked for a discount. one person entered in between us, his name is Sathish and he said that he is the Store Manager for this showroom and he said that I should buy the displayed piece or I should leave the showroom. His was of talking was very rude.
There is a way to communicate to customers and he has failed in it. On what basis should I visit a Reliance showroom again?
