I bought laptop and they sold me their Resq Plan and told me this is on site extended warranty plan now my laptop is not working and I make call to reliance digital and now they are saying that we have drop it at service centre.
now they are explaining me that For mobiles and laptops it is not on site. BULLSHIT.
Remember guy this is the worst service I have ever seen like this that we are purchasing extened warrarnty and I am surprise that how they beg with customer to purchase this they will never told you that this is not going to be onsite but still disappointed with the service.
The only hope left that If I drop my laptop at service centre they repair it without any hazel.
