I have bought 1 fridge & 1 AC from this store last year(2010). Also some how they managed to sell 2 yrs extended warranty to me for both of the products. My problem started once I called for the after sales department for my 3rd AC service(this yr Apr 2011). Though they claim that all the due services will be done on time- it never happened for me for first 2 services. I need to chase down - followups many a times to get it done for AC - since these were dry services so it wont take much time to get it serviced myself.
This time not so lucky .
I tried phone lines for at least 45 min to 1 hr - it was good lucky that some how I got connected.
Then what I heard from the operator that my AC 2 yrs service warranty record is not there in system so it cant be done. Only resord they have is only my fridge’s that to wothout 2 yrs extended warr.
Some how I made them understand that I have all the doc & they registered my request.
Can you believe . It took me 7 days continuous follwoups & escalations to their manager level to get my AC service done. I am serious here. I was continuously calling them in every day 2-3 times to get it done.
Magaers are more pathetic there - more than the employees. I suggest please do not go to this store,
