I bought a Hitachi AC 15 days back from Reliance digital, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad but from the first day itself the probelm started...delivery was done late..installation was done badly...since the first date the remote was not working and since 15 days they have been telling 2-3 days but unfortunately that 2-3 days never comes & when I asked for a replacement they have no answer till date...
Just sick of their customer service...I wouldnt suggest anyone to but any product from Reliance digital. Even after repeated reminders they have only one answer..sir we do not know...may be 2-3 days...will not anyone get bugged up hearing always that after spending 30000 the value for the product is zero...I was a regular customer for NEXT where I never got any problem...I do not know how could I land in Reliance seeing that they are placed in a beautiful mall but provide such false & nonsense promises...
They have a very poor service... PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL, SHIPRA MALL...U r gonna keep waiting for their service like me...which will never come.
