Even though I had faced problems with Reliance Digital Gurgaon in past but still thought of giving another try thinking, that can be an individual problem.
Planned to buy a 1.5 Ton split AC. Filled the Finance Form. Got Confirmation for approval.
Before actual buy, made a call to Finance deptt. Said will take 15-30 mint Max. Need to bring 1 photo, ID and Residence proof, 8 PDC. I carried all in original.
At store: We need re approval, as the price is lower for selected product. Got confirmation on phone. Than after 30 min executive sent a mail to Citifinancial for same confirmation and kept on waiting.
4.  After 1 hr I had to call store manger and he assured that it will be done at the earliest.
New request: PAN card Copy, card statement. Luckily I had both.
Filled in all papers and cheques. Now the executive wanted an NOC from my wife that she didnt had any objection in making payment from our either/survivor account.
This was height. I had spent more than 1.5 hrs.  I have a home loan, car loan and sometime back even appliance loan and never gave such undertaking.
I finally gave up. Collected all my papers and came back. Its more than 1.5 months now, no one has really cared on this.
I believe some one from upper management is going through these write up posted at net and taking corrective action.
