I bought a Voltas split A/C with Safe Tab stablizer free with it on April 24, 2011, but within two months of instalation the stablizer got burnt and I personnally handed over the stablizer at Reliance Digital’s Customer Service Desk on June 26, 2011 with a commitment that stablizer will be replaced within 24-48 hrs. I also recd. a sms with complaint Number 8001155599.
We continously following up with Reliance’s customer service number as well as with Reliance Digital but no one turned up to fix the stablizer. If they will not fix the stablizer in next 24 hrs I will have no option but to return the Voltas A/C and Reliance can fix it in Mukesh Ambani’s new house and this shall be gift to India’s richest man from a frustrated Reliance customer. Thank you Reliance for spoiling our more than 15 days in hot and humid weather without A/C. A very frustrated customer of Reliance Digital.
