I had availed of ResQ plan for my HP laptop. When I had a issue with the keyboard, firstly they were reluctant to take the laptop for service. After a lot of persuasion, they took it only to be returned after a week saying they would require a week more.
Their customer service representative Mr. Uday and service manager Venkat never picked our calls. They were so callous and irresponsible I was shocked.
I am determined not to avail of ResQ anymore.
