I purchased Sony W600 32” LED TV in Reliance Digital at Kukatpally on 04.07.13 and also take extended warranty i.e. RESQ plan (extended warrant) means 365 days & weekly 7 days service providing by Reliance (is display in Book). This plan is only for Reliance digital customers this is ford. They delivered product in time but sent non experienced technician. He wrongly fit the TV on wall. I told the same to Reliance customer care. They sent another technician after so many requests. He took complaint from me for to be providing new wall mount set. This is my compliant no: 14425618. They cannot provide any service and closed this complaint. They cannot give any response to my calls till now.
So in my opinion Reliance Digital selling the products to customer’s very well but poor, waste, worst and fraud in service. Due to my servicing problem is tell on 07.05.13, but we are raise the compliant on 12.05.13(after day by day follow up) , but they are not completed my problem today 07.07.13 (after day by day follow up) on words i.e. all most 1month, number of times u call tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow every day u follow up Reliance Digital tell tomorrow perfectly, once u take any item problem face 2 or 3 months demure and sometimes they cannot lift the phone I am rating is -5 (less 5).
My advice is don’t buy Reliance products.
