I purchased a Panasonic Split type air conditioner, from Reliance Digital. Good Selling technics, quick service, Prompt delivery . This is the end of Good Things.
When the product was sold, I was told that I would come with 5 Meters of Copper Tube, (where as the delivery was done with out copper pipe.), The mounting brackets Rs 650 and for every meters of Copper Tube used in excess of 5 Mts, it would cost me Rs 650 Per meter.
When the installation was done, I was charged for 3 Meters of Copper Tube, and hence I paid the amount thru Cheque.( The technician was insisting that I pay by Cash Only, ), which means that Total 8Mtrs have been used
A few days later, when made the actual measurement, it was found that the length of the copper tube was just 3.9 Mts?
I made N no of phone calls and personal Visits to their showroom, and even spoke to their Service manager. Every one was ducking my call. They gave different versions, The unit does not come with Copper pipe, It comes with 3 Mts Pipe, another said It is 3.9 Mts pipe.
I sent mails to customer care, no response. Finally after threatening them with Police action, they visited my premises and agreed that I have been charged excess amount, and the amount will be refunded with in 2 Days. Today is 5 th day, every one is avoiding my call.
It appears to me that Relinace Digital is a Syndicate for Systematic cheating of Public.
Do Not go To Reliance Digital
