We purchased Whirlpool refirator from reliance digital in 2009. It got the comprsor problem in march 2011.We contact the service techincians about serive here the reliance have give a bonous offer is we have follow up the status of the compliant, We have push the person or beg the person to serive our product.The person who is responsible for the serive is not resopnd to any call. For the one month its is not resolved yet.Still we have to go to the relince digital and ask the person about our status of the compliant.
This is not at all fair.Iam flustraterd about the service by reliance digital.
Kindly adivce that not to buy the products in reliance digital.Why Bcoz means you do not get any company free service if you buy the product in reliance digital.
