I purchased two daikin split air conditioners and one Kent water purifier with extended warranty.
The service by relianceq is so bad, I would rate roadside vendor better.
Reasons
They don’t turn up for regular servicing unless called.
If there is any fault and involves replacing parts then the miminum time taken to fix the issue is 2 weeks, moreover they will try to fix cheap duplicate parts from local market ( in my case they came with unknown filter cartridges instead of Kent). The power supply unit of the purifier was replaced, it took 10 days.
It’s three weeks since they have taken my split AC for repair, I am still waiting.
Don’t sign up for extended warranty and waste your hard earned money, better get it fixed by nearby mechanics. They do it better and fast.
