I purchased a Aquaguard Enhance RO+ UV from aundh stores and they installed it on 3rd day against the promise of 2nd day. The installation guy did not check the water purity and said to check after drainign 3 tankfils. When we checked after draining 3 tank fills, we sensed the RO is not working as water was tastely as before. I tried to call the store but no one was taking the calls. I called their 24 hour service helpline and they said they will revert within 24 to 48 hours. as there was not response on next day I again called them and was told that the service will be provided within 48 hours.
In the meantime I booked a complaint with eureka forbes and they deputed a person who came and checked the unit and informed us that the membrane is not working and needs replacement. He checked with his bosses and told us that as the unit was purchased from reliance we need to contact reliance for replacement.
When I called reliance once again, their reply was since toda being weekend their service person will be visiting only by monday which is 5 days after booking the original complaint.
God knows what will happen on monday, but one thing for sure, we have been taken for a rdie by this company and having removed the old filter, we have been forced to buy drinking water from outside for 5 days and may be even more depends on what happens on monday
Never ever think of buying water filter from reliance.
