Worst Service Ever.

I have purchased a Lloyd Split AC from Reliance Digital situated in gaur City Mall, Greater Noida Extension on 27th march 2022 at the time of buying; sales manager forcefully selled ResQ Plan for next 4 years with saying that your AC will be in full coverage plan till next 5 Years except of Physical Damage like Remote broken or body broken. He also told you haven’t to pay any single paisa for next 5 years. But I was trapped by them.


1st Fraud: At the time of an installation engineer came from Reliance Degital instead of Lloyd by that I missed origanal Brand warrenty.


2nd Fraud: Very bad after sales experience, No staff was allocated for an installtion till next 3 days.


3rd Fraud: Low level of experience of technician. At the time of an installation coper pipe was damaged by technicial. So he charged 2500 from me after so many follow ups in ResQ, I didn’t get any solution at the end I have to pay 2500 for the pipe.


4th Fraud: After 1 year, I need a regular service of an AC from ResQ because I already paid around 4-5K for next 5 years, for same I already made 5 calls in ResQ customer care for booking a service but no one is coming here.


I will advice, please don’t buy any electronic item from Reliance Digital. They are worst, After sales service is more than worst. Even Customer care staff don’t know any thing.
