Very poor and Worst response from customer care

Very poor and Worst response from customer care & Reliance Digital Store from Kattur, Trichy. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received regarding my SFORBS ROBO VAC N MOP machine(Warranty Claim RefNo #TIY7113001330042022), which I purchased on 30th April 2022.


Despite having paid for an extended warranty of 2 years, following the completion of the regular warranty period as suggested, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I encountered an issue with the machine in April 2024 and reached out to the RELIANCE Digital store team for assistance(Umesh). Initially, I was informed that my warranty was not registered in their system, a situation that they acknowledged was their oversight.


After numerous follow-up calls, my warranty was eventually registered. However, despite assurances that a service team would collect the machine, it was not until 7th August 2024 that they finally retrieved it for repairs. Since then, I have been informed that necessary spare parts need replacing, but there has been no stock available for over 5 months now.


Throughout this time, I have sent over 65 emails to both customer support and the RELIANCE Digital team seeking updates on the status of my machine. Regrettably, the responses have been inadequate and frustratingly vague—consistently asking me to wait patiently without any clear resolution in sight.

In light of these circumstances, I conveyed my exhaustion regarding this prolonged issue and suggested they retain my machine for their R&D purposes instead of returning it to me under these conditions.


I must strongly advise others against purchasing extended warranties from RELIANCE Digital Store at Kattur, Ellakudi, Trichirappalli-620019 due to their apparent lack of commitment to customer service post-sale.


As of today(25/Sept/2024), my machine is still with their service team, and the issue has not been resolved.
