First, most of their customer service people don’t have enough knowledge about products they deal with.
Second, they deliver through Delhivery which is the worst delivery agent in whole world.
Third, no cancellation is allowed if delivery takes too long.
I booked on 7th May and at the time of booking estimated delivery date was 12th May but once order is confirmed they sent a confirmation email stating delivery date is 16th May whereas I required that product before 14th May.
Never ever go for online purchase of softwares from Reliance digital, better buy it local or pay some 15% more money and get it from Microsoft which is really good.
Reliance digital is not a place to buy anything even if it is free.
