Pathetic best describes reliance digital, where I made my first and final purchase. I recently purchased a new washer machine, and it was defective. The person who came to install it immediately gave reliance images of the defective goods, but no one contacted for replacement for a good 48 hours, so I had to visit the shop once more to discuss this. When I requested a refund because it would take approximately 48 hours for them to bring and install a replacement, a customer service representative by the name of Ballu got into an argument with me. Overall the experience was very bad.
