I was work Reliance digital 2012 to 2016
Relinace digital manager are Taken money from mobile vendors. Manager are not given good buyback value to the customer if any customer come to store to buy new mobile and customer want to exchange his old mobile phone then store manager will be call to the vendors , if vendors given 10000 rupees then store manager only given 6000 to 7000 rupees to the customer , and customer most of the time not buying product from reliance because of less buyback value , if customer buy then 4000 rupees income by store manager and department manager.
Please note - if any one want to buy any product from reliance digital then don’t buyback your old product in reliance better sale in OLX.
If Reliance digital stop outside vendors for buyback then same day so many department manager & store manager will left the comapany.
