CHEATING and POOR SERVICE in the name of WARRANTY

I purchased a 49 Inch TV from Reliance Digital Store in Meerut in 2018 along with additional 3 year warranty(Total Warranty 3+2 -=% years).


The TV stopped working on 10 Feb 2023, still in warranty, 1.5 months have passed they don’t want to repair it, they have done three visits, but to say that we will bring the part in next few days.


The service centrein Meerut(Headed buy Mr. Nitin) fold me that the display is faulty and is coming from warehouse in Mumbai, then he says that be mistake we received the wrong mail, it is coming from Lucknow, yesterday he says you take depreciation of Rs 4000 for your TV.


The ResQ app is joke and you keep complaining on their call centre 18008891044, they keep telling your problem will be resolved soon but no one takes care of the same, I have done 10 complaints on the call centre but no response, same pre-trained and fabricated language with any positive results.


What a wonderful strategy, sell TV’s and also charge for additional warranty and if the product turns out top be faulty, pay back the money charged as additional warranty as depreciation.


Once they sell a product and it turns out to be defective, they don’t bother to replace the item.


Avoid buying from Reliance, they are misusing the their brand name to fool customers.
