Beware, don’t buy any appliances from Reliance Digital, their after sales service is ridiculous. Once you have bought the product, you are gone.
I recently purchased a Whirlpool 7 Kg Washing Machine from Reliance Digital located inside Logix City Center. During the purchase, the sales staff continuously insisted on buying an LG washing machine instead. They assured me that someone would come to install the machine at my home. However, after the delivery, no one showed up for the installation. When I contacted Reliance Digital, their representative informed me that I had to install it myself and that no assistance would be provided.
I am deeply disappointed with the misleading information provided by the sales team and the lack of after-sales support. It has left me feeling regretful about my decision to purchase from Reliance Digital. The customer support I received was unsatisfactory, and it has negatively impacted my overall experience.
I believe it is essential for companies to fulfill the promises made to their customers and provide reliable customer service. I hope that Reliance Digital takes note of this feedback and takes steps to improve their communication and after-sales service for a better customer experience in the future.
