Hi team,
I raised a concern last year stating that i dont get few channels and they offered me a paid service which i rejected.
Later i mailed the escalation team and they offered me a free service and charged me rs. 175.00 which i noticed at the end of subscription.
The issue still remains unresolved. I called up reliance and said that i will recharge and stay with reliance only when the amount is refund and they agreed to it.
Today i call and they say it cannot be done, do you guys always do this, wait till the customer recharge and then follow the unprofessional business ethics?
This cannot be accepted, if you say something then do it, i am also advised to post this anywhere i want ad refund will not be give,
If you insult my loyalty like this then i will not stay with reliance and also post this on the internet about how i am treated .If you want me to stay then consider the refund or else i am free to move outside.Complaining about this to trai and consumer service is in process as well
