The sales person gave us wrong information about the offer, so I told the billing counter staff, that the sales person told me about that. She went to the manager and the stupid manager told: "How do I believe you?" As if I am a liar, or gone their to buy some 100Rs stuff. Their managers don’t know, how to talk to customers, who are purchasing goods worth thousands. I told him, then how do I believe that your staff hasn’t gave me wrong information. On this his reply was: "Its your choice, if you want to purchase?"
That was too much insult, as if there are no more shoe stores in Koramangala. I think, the manager was stupid, arrogant and dumb, he could have just said, "no sir, there might be some confusion, I’ll explain the offer" or "Sorry sir, if the staff had said that, they might be new, the offer is this..."
instead of saying that you are telling lie and go purchase somewhere else.
