Reliance Fresh is completely Cheating its customers. The advertisement provided in the shop and the prices that are charged at the billing section is totally different. In my case, in shopping area, they had clearly put with 1KG Dawaat BASMATI rice they have 1KG SUGAR FREE. But when I go to billing section the FREE CLAUSE is totally WIPED OFF.
They say it was a mistake that the offer has been put and its not there in the system. PATHETIC! SERVICE.
