This was on the way back from my office.I was carrying a bag with me, so I asked the security guard to keep it in the luggage stand. He thought for a moment and I was astonished at this unusual behaviour. Then he asked me whether there is laptop inside.
I said YES. He told me that I could carry the bag inside. But I didnt want to carry the heavy bag on my shoulder during shopping. He said that they don’t keep laptops on the luggage stand. With a sad face, I did the shopping. It was very tiring. And to add to this, there was queue at the counter. When I came out he asked me the laptop bag for checking. I had three carry bags in my hand and now I had to take off my laptop bag. I was so pissed and I told him that this is why I wanted to keep it here in first place. Finally, he did the checking and I exited.
Is there any such rule of not keepig laptop bags outsides that I’m not aware of? If yes, please let me know in the comments below.
