The only problem that I have with Reliance Fresh is that it is always over crowded. The vegetables are generally fresh and the prices are comparable to that of a street-side vegetable vendor. Even other groceries and spices are reasonably priced.
They should really think about reducing their billing time per customer. Currently I spend close to 20 minutes before the billing counter and it is very irritating. Also, they should introduce packing mechanism like that of Foodworld where in the items are packed into pre-weighed bags / bundles. This reduces the time a customer spends inside the store and the billing time would drastically reduce.
And they should strictly sell only the food stuff. Off late it’s being seen that they are slowly trying to sell other consumer durables and this would certainly take away the USP of Reliance Fresh.
And Reliance should also think of introducing a door-delivery mechanism. Many of the competitors are already doing this.
