It was year back, the Ashok Nagar branch was opened. Crowd flooded like anything. Opposite to RF outlet, there is a local vegetable/fruit store, which was doing good. But when RF was opened, the whole crowd turned towards this new outlet. It was amazing and only 2 - 3 customers visited to that local store.
Its all because of great Ambience, service, store maintaning system, Money value and what else to say, Every thing was fantastic.
But now(April 2008), The table was not changed but overturned. In the Ashok Nagar outlet of Reliance Fresh one can get
Very Bad Ambience
Old stock
Rotten Fruits / Vegetables
Nil stock(its for not brand alone but for the product itself)
One can see long "Q", where only few billing counters work, others - out of order.
Proper name plates are not kept for products.
The real hell is with the "Cash counter people" who never care on customers.
I could recall last year when these people used to say "Namaste" to each and every customer, now the scene is more worst than we could see in Govt. Ration shop.
I am not sure about other outlets of Reliance Fresh
