Last week I visited Reliance Fresh Store at Krishna Nagar (F 2/12). I bought Gagan (milk product)Fresh cream from there with packing date of 16.7.2012. I felt bad Odour on opening the packet. It had a bitter taste also. The smell was so bad that it spread all over in room. It’s use would have been harmful to the health so I didn’t use it.
I contacted the Manager Mr. Ganga & later on Mr. Naveen & explained them about this. They assured me to look into the matter and take step, but to my surprise no return response has been received by me so far. Pl. respond me in the matter before I could take the matter with customer care or higher authority i.e. Food Adulteration centre.
