I would like to praise the service level for Reliance Retail multi stores for Grocery Items. Price, service, product availability is amazing. Of course it is not that it is perfect and there is no possibility of being perfect in any field by any person or organization But Reliance Retail was much more close to the perfection.
Pros -
1- Availability of Products & items.
2- Competitive Price.
3- One Stop Shop.
4- Home Delivery Service.
5- Amazing Deals.
Being fair enough will also share Cons -
1- Raw peanuts were not bought after their previous stock was destroyed.
2- Long no of Billing Counters but only few were opened.
3- When they had a substitute of any product by reliance then they used to stop bringing the competitors product. Ex - We like Tata Agni Tea but when they bought Reliance Tea they stopped bringing Tata Agni Tea.
4- Other then regular items normal items were costlier then the market. Ex - Carrom Powder was tagged at Rs.40/- However same is available for a very low price in local market. In wholesale it is sold at Dozens for a very low cost.
Overall Experience - Even though it has many loopholes but I still miss the Reliance Retail Stores because of their services and product availability. Now I have to move on to Other retail chains like EasyDay, Big Bazaar, Vishal Mega Mart and More. Where in most of these don’t have free home delivery except Vishal Mega Mart & More. Not sure of Big Bazaar but Yes EasyDay doesn’t have this option for Home delivery.
Guys I would request you to bring Back Retail Stores in Europark, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.!
