Except for the third party products likes biscuits etc, everything else is a waste of money. THe other day I bought roasted bengal gram and the quality was not even second grade.It was something that we usually throw away when it gets spoiled by insets and worms. I took all the pain of going back to the store to complain about the same.
The store guys including the manager were so misbehaving.Even to get it replaced , the same stock was existing. Their rule was , no receipt , noo exchange, but only replacement., They insissted that I take that rotten stock and can’t exchange for something else, the lame excuse "RULES". :-)Wonder what sort of IRON CLAD rules does RIL have.No wonder RIL is building fortunes this way.
I wonder what sort of customer servicing that they are doing if the store manager himself is not able to take any exceptional decision, which is wierd indeed.I am looking forward to take this issue further.Can Anyone help me how to approach the reliance fresh GM to raise this issue,
I strongly recommend people not to get fooled by the brand.Its nothing but a camouflaged looting of the upper middle class and high class sector.
