I’ve been a regular customer of Kushaiguda, Hyderabad store. Of late they have come up with a scheme to get more patronage. In that if your bill is worth certain amount Reliance offers some free gifts. It so happened with me 2 times when my bill was more than Rs. 2000, the person on the register told me that they are running out of stock of the free gift items. When I asked the manager of the store, he sang the same song.
One of their managers D Pradhan was not only arrogant but behaved funny when asked about the marketing or any suitable officials to take up this matter with. The manager doesn’t know the contact details of the marketing officials or may be doesn’t want to reveal.
They are probably selling these gift items outside which were supposed to be given to the customers.
Now I stopped buying anything from them.
