Scene at reliance outlet located at balkampet when I visited 2 days back.
1, No parking facility, you never know you will find your vehicle once you come out of the store, becoz parking is at mercy of good and MCH people.
2.Before entering the shop, the guard stops you, and takes way all your belongings , like your handbag, wallet etc, dumps then in a big RED bag and seals them
Don’t expect them to greet you with smile, the looks speaks as if " a thief has entered the store and not the customer’
Hmm, finally when you enter inside, the merchandise is poorly organized, and most of the employees are busy arranging them.
I bet you will not be able to distinguish between the store manager and the house keeper, since both of them are busy doing the same job,
Oh, if you need any assistance in finding your products, just look around here and there, as you need great efforts to find store assistance, only buy one and get one can be sold by them
No sign boards to select your products.
No product variety or range, and humm its your luck to find fresh vegetables, or else you will find all refrigerated stuff
Finally I am done with shopping and at billing counter. You got to wait in a queue, it will tkae minimum 10 minutes of billing time,
Then the seal bag is cut and you got to pay. Only to find out that the store visit was not a worth to visit for any purchase. Neighborhood convenient stores, that’s what they project, its our neighborhood inconvenient
