Being a store of Reliance Fresh, expectations were high until I visited the Reliance Fresh store at Kunnamkulam. The store is located off city junction which is some way good for peaceful shopping but there is no facility for car parking located on a downtown road a small area is marked for parking but it is only sufficient for 4 or 5 two wheelers only one car can be parked and it is a drawback for customer who come for family shopping. The store is not spacious for customers to move around and pick things. The path is so congested that either you jump on another customer or you hit of stacks of commodities. You can’t ever find enough baskets and trolleys too. Many a times, I had to go to bill counter to take a basket and usually they don’t display many stock and they say they ran out of stock. But at times when we insist, they get a piece from store . I can’t understand, if they want us to buy or they want to keep it. Their freezers are often off and empty. Also the fruits and vegetables are not fresh. The staff attitude is also bad that we have to plead. Some products are exploited with price tags higher than printed MRP. I once thought into notice of the store manager. He apologized and claimed it a technical error. But even after that I noticed the same random pieces are manipulated, so that majority wont notice it. I am literally unhappy with the shopping experience at this store. It is the worth of Reliance made products such as Sudz liquid detergent etc makes me shop there. I request the top end officials to take action to ensure quality in every store to retain goodwill of Reliance fresh
