I’ve been to this reliance store for thrice and on the very first time when I went no one told me I was required to create a reliance card, at the time of billing only I got to know about it so they wasted my 10-15 minutes.
The store is poorly organised there isn’t any specific place for anything you can get almost anything at any corner. All the workers working there are not sure about the availability of any particular product. So it’s you who needs to put on the hard work. There are no instructions or banners written about a particular corner example crockery, gifts, clothing, electronics etc. The prices provided are 1-5 Rupees lesser in comparison to the market rates. But the vegetables available are at times rotten. The weighing machines are not available there you only get to know about the weights while billing. the staff isn’t efficient as the things are not available at the counters on which they stand so they rush from one place to another just to get at times carry bags, change, swipe machines etc. Whenever I go there easily my 1-1.5 hours are wasted.
