I frequent the store in Deonar, which is close to my place. I write complaints regularly, but no action is being taken.
The bar code scanning is adding more than MRP to the list. The LED display on the customer side does not work most of the times. Hence, customer is unable to know what is the bar code scanner is doing. The staff, in their hurry to complete the job, often pick a wrong option for multile MRP items. When I confront them, only one word, ’sorry’, but things do not improve.
Be careful when shopping at Reliance Fresh stores.
