I purchased Egg packet from Reliance Fresh at Mira Road on 04th December 2016 priced Rs.32/- as per the MRP however they charged Rs.35/- so its 3 rupees extra(Approximate 10% extra from actual MRP). First I though it might be done by mistake but when I purchased the same product on the next day 05th December 2016 they again charged me Rs.35/- instead of Rs.32/- which was again 3 rupees extra from the actual MRP.
Its a very minimal amount but my concern is why they are charging above the MRP rates. This is illegal. I am buying goods from Reliance Fresh since years now so I am wondering how much they had charged me extra in all these years and because nobody matches the amount of the bill and the MRP they must be charging extra to all the customers on many products and generating huge amount of money like this in a day.
We all should be aware of such issues which we usually ignore in our day to day life. We should once check the MRP of the product before purchasing any thing from Reliance Fresh or any other departmental store.
This is my experience on how Reliance Fresh is doing fraud with consumers by over charging them and it needs to be highlighted.
