Unfortunately I have done my car insurance from reliance.and on diwali I met with an small accident where wind shield got damage.I put my car on service on 16th november and till now running from pillar to post.i called to toll free number where they are assuring me that they will get it done ASAP & same time executive is least bother to pick my calls and update me.
After 100 calls he picked my call & asking me how it happens as this is not possible.Reliance - Really?R u guys serious in customer service.Is this the way you become India big company by cheating and looting the money?
