Never ever take reliance general car insurance for your car. Its one of the worst company. I took it for my XUV700 as per the suggestion by mahindra india garage whitefield bangalore. For any claims they said they going to take care without our effort. Around July 20th 2022 I have my car windshield minor damage like one dot like cracks. I called Mahindra service center india garage whitefield. Immediatley they took the car and I felt very happy as response is very good. There is one person called name called Parson dealing with this and I called next day he said he is taking care and waiting for insurnace person visit. It continued one week same status. As no progress and I want to travel, I took the car from them and travelling. After that week I got call as they approved it, as I was travelling I am unabel to give it and asked for cancellation. Then reliance person told me they will cancel and for same issue claim not applicable and cancled it. On March 3rd 2023 windshield damage with large cracks and I raised the claim as its new issue. This time they dint approved and no lifting phone calls also. They said for same part calim not applicable this time as earlier said same issue, but its a newly happend issue. They are not at all customer friendly, no proper response at all. Never ever take reliance insurance. My total premium 70000 got wasted with this worst insurance company.
