Have taken travel insurance and unfortunately my baggage were delayed and one got lost.
after regular followup with airlines I was able to get some compensation and balance was claimed with RGL. they provided all excuses to not to entertain this claim. finally I give up.
in short never go with Reliance general insurance. I already had past experience with them about Motor insurance but have to take help from IRDA to get it resolved.
I would suggest go with TataAIG or religare.
