Today, everyone must have seen the commercial of reliance healthwise plan. I too am looking for a health insurance plan for my small family (me and my wife). I was looking for a product which would cover me against critical illness as well as serve a sort of floater mediclaim policy. I narrowed down upon reliance healthwise plan. Upon browsing their website, I just found the details of the plans, with no details as to cost of the product.
So, I sent a mail to customer care ID specified in the web site. After waiting for a week, I got a response from some ms lekha, telling me that she wont give the details over mail (as if it were a sort of national secret documents..!!), but, I should give my contact details like residential address, phone no etc. and their sales rep would contact me personally within a day or two. Today, 15 more days have passed by, but still I have got no response, neither on mail, nor by any sales rep. So, Mr Ambani, you should not be aggressively advertising a product unless u r sure of being able to sell it..!!!
Being totally frustrated, I started looking for another product which can fit my needs..any suggestions friends, as to which product in market should one prefer for a family of 2 (newly married couple) which takes care of critical care as well as mediclaim on a floater basis..(but not reliance at all..)PS: I have had a similar experience with reliance mobiles also, but thats a difference story, and will share with you separately.
