Such a horrible claim processing experience. They have no proper, professional executives to review claim status. They even doesn’t know medical terms who interviews the 1st time customers, and introduce themselves as doctors. It seems lie claims have been reviewing by unprofessional, naive people who does not have professional education and experience. They ask again and again multiple times same queries even though after giving clarification and providing required documents. May be they doesn’t understand what we were saying. Even we clarified the query through emails, will not understand what we saying. Worst customer service executives who knows NOTHING. They ask you to send email about your concerns. ( there is no direct contact with policy claim process team. they might be sitting in remote west Bengal or near to north eastern borders, it seems.) No professionalism. This company only to squeeze people money. I was trapped by less premium offer. Now I am regretting. QUALITY COMES WITH PRICE! I UNDERSTOOD WHAT DOES IT MEAN
