I have visited reliance web world to Surrender my reliance base phone.
When I told this to the web world at
Tolligangue , Merlin , Kolkata
They said to pay appx 2600 Rs the last pending amount which i paid right then,
and they will change me to a scheme where I wont have to pay any monthly rental.
that means no money if I dont make any call.
I agreed.
My security deposit was Rs 1000
which I was supposed to get back from them or get adjusted if I make call which I was told by the Web world.
My phone was out of order so there is no way I can make any call.
After 4 months
I found that they are sending me bills Rs 300 now 600 and so on
My security deposit money is now consumed in these 4 months and now i am getting charged for I don’t know what
I don’t know how to stop this.
When ever representatives visits my place I tell them the whole story and they says that I will not receive any bill from next month.
But same thing happens every month.
