Few days back I was with few of my Friends, they work for Reliance comm* & *as per them for Reliance customer comes at end". I was astounded at that time but later on I realises that its true, I am here quoting few of my experiences with Reliance.
Disclaimer: Product line of reliance is uncomparable, here I talking about their great customer care service.
1) I own a reliance CDMA phone, but in last two years I (or even my acquaintant) never got a chance to talk reliance customer care number {star}337.
2) At Bhopal Reliance office at Bitton market, I was always told for any problem "Please make a call to our CALL CENTRE", so I m in loop.
3) Once when I was expecting a very important call, my mobile suddnely stopped receiving singnals. I rushed to the Reliance office & I was refered to a (so called) Techie. I told him about my problem. After a hafl an hour of frustrating discussion I was told that, Sir (only time once I recieved such respect) one of our cable has broken in WB & thats why Reliance has made 20% of mobiles out of Loop to avoid congestion. (I cant beleive that too...)
4) I do have a Reliance broadband connection (best in class but pathetic customer care); once when I called reliance customer care (you can call on that number) & explained about my problem that my WAN link is down. That exucutive registered it as a problem in MODEM. When I opposed him, Boss this not my problem....he told me "whatever I m writing is right" & the last dialouge was "i know my work, if you want to complain GO AHEAD"
But being a true Reliance customer (Stucked with it), I dont have much options. I seriously recommend that if you have options than go for anyother operator. Atleast for others customer matters.
