Reliance may be the biggest corporate in the private sector in India, but I am talking here about its ethics and culture. It offers the worst work culture and work environment to its employees. It definitely is not the place to work in by any standards.
It is well known in corporate circles that Reliance grew by using unscrupulous and unethical practices. Reliance called this as ’managing the environment’. It is common knowledge on how many occassions it bend the law, cheated the tax man and circumvent legal provisions. It is also criticised for influencing the policy making of the Government, irrespective of which political party is at the centre.
Recently three of its top officials were chargesheeted by CBI. SEBI also penalised for share market irrgularities. Promoters of Reliance makes their money by rigging the stock market and cheating the shareholders. It has the maximum number of shareholders in India, so it can cheat the maximum people and make the maximum money.
My sincer advice to all of you is ’’Stay away guys’’.
