JIO sim is available freely in the market since many months as everybody knows. It provides free internet and free calling all over India. I’m really happy having such a best opportunity to enjoy the free calls and internet can be used for video calling also. One can download upto 2gb per day using JIO sim. It is more than enough for any one to browse or to watch videos online or do video calling and everything.
NETWORK COVERAGE: JIO network is available every where even at remote places. While travelling also you won’t loss the network. May be it will be lost for a few seconds if you are on travel. But the worst thing I have experienced is even if you are having full coverage you don’t have clarity in calls.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: As its a big company customer support is good but you have a long waiting time while calling customer support.
CHARGES AND BILLING: As of now they are providing every thing for free so no charges and bills need to wait and see how they are going to charge in future but, as Ambani told they are going to keep it very low I hope it will be affordable to every one.
Finally I can say its network coverage is good but the clarity is not good.
