My experience with reliance jio has always been a good one untill a year back.the main problems have started now in a year the thing is im facing too many call drops nowadays and its pretty frustrating.some times I can recall instances where the network some times freezes.which I can neither call anybody or I cannot receive any call.the internet speeds also have reduced drastically. I’m was a firm believer of reliance jio when it started and I made a sudden switch from airtel.back then the internet speeds rocked.even the tariff was priced pretty low.i hope concerned authorities take a mention and look through this issue a find a solution asap
