Reliance Jio has occupied the market of telecom company but a fair degradation has been experienced from past one month. I has purchased the jio sim in the month of september(2nd of sept) but the internet speed ahs been reduced from
2 Mbps to 520 kbps probably in some specific areas. As far as its network is concerned its horrible since the jio towers have covered many places, so one can’t rely on jio network while travelling.
With advancement of jio its customers has increased but the company has not increased the bandwidth.Though the customer service is OK and charges and billing facility is also satisfactory but network which is the key feature of any telecom operator is not good.
