Reliance Jio is the perfect network that one would wish to use. In the beginning when reliance launched jio I was not interested much in thus network as I had few question in my mind such as
whats the reason behind free network service
the network is for free so many be the service may not be so good
the signals might not be so strong
that confused me.
because there is no WIFI in the college and roaming issue my bill amount was very high and that’s when I started plan to use jio. The data network is dam good and unlimited data is like icing on cake. it really save my mobile bill payments.
NETWORK:
-The network is of good quality
- Works best in metropolitan cities
-4G data service and signal strength is good
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Their customer service is good they do not make people wait for long time / MAY BE SOMETIMES THEY DO( But I haven;t experienced anything as such till now)
CHARGES AND BILLINGS:
- The rate are very reasonable
THINGS THAT I DIDN’T LIKE ABOUT JIO
in order to use jio we need to install all the app only then the network will work
in order to make call.4G net services should be on with good signal or else we cannot make calls( so in places where 4G data is not working we cannot make calls)
People who are using dual sim its will be an advantage as you can use 2 networks one for calling and JIO for net. You will not face much problem with the net.
