Me along with whole of my family bought four SIMS in total switching off from Vodafone as primary users. Since three months the net at our location 380051(Jivraj Park, Ahmedabad) is working with not even 1 G Speed.
Five times I have requested to port out but the company seems not to respond they call and go off but no actions. When complained three times vide various complaint nos i.e. SR000007VZP4 on April 7th the answer was that withing span of 3 months(90 Days) the concern will be resolved.
Today on June 26, 2017 still the concern remains same where you cannot even send a message on whats app where FB is a impossible task for Jio.
It is well said that Quality Does not come cheap. Feel cheated by the company after providing whole world of promises but not performing at all.
Will switch to Airtel shortly along with other numbers.
