Hello guys, I am using Jio sim since last one and a half year. Before the launch of JIO, we were charged heavily by the other operator for 1 GB of data. But JIO them down by providing the internet and unlimited calling at the lowest price possible. JIO made the sim activation instant which was supposed to take almost 24 hours.
Let’s break down the review in three-part Network, Customer Services, and Charges
NETWORK:
Initially, Jio struggled to provide better network coverage in most of the areas but with time it improved its network coverage. Still, there are some issues in some particular area where Jio networks are very congested.
Overall it works fine in most of the regions but when we compare it to other operators like Airtel and Vodafone, it still needs a lot of work to be done. Sometimes I feel why am I using this sim because it didn’t connect to the other operator’s number seamlessly. Sometimes when we call someone then it says that person is out of coverage area though that number being present in the same place, this is out of understanding. JIO needs to improve its network coverage and should make their network less congested.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
I would say this is their worst part, customer service provider in are not helping the customers. I was having an issue regarding internet speed so I called the customer care number and the call was connected after waiting for 20 on hold, then they told me that there were a lot of people who were active in your area. I was not expecting this kind of answer from them, that was sort of vague answer.
CHARGES
This is where JIO stands out in the market from the other operators, JIO provides better packages than other operators. They provide exciting offers such as in 399(unlimited calling and 1 GB data per day for 84 days) which is in comparison is a far better deal than the other operator provides for the same validity recharges.
